Festival de Loy Krathong 2025 ( 2568 )

Loy Krathong: during the last week of October and the first three weeks of November. Flower arrangements with a candle, incense sticks and some coins are launched on a specially constructed pond as a ritual. The Krathongs are homemade or can be bought at one of the stalls at the temple. This event is introduced by a Buddhist ceremony in which the monks chant (recite texts) and offer blessings to the people. After the ceremony and the launching of the khratongs, there is food, traditional dance and music.
